The cottage's small terrace in front of the entrance is an excellent place to enjoy your morning coffee in the best sun position. Right outside the cottage is the pool which is large enough to take an exercise session. You have access to a large gas grill and there is garden furniture. If you want to go down to the sea, it is about 600 meters walk to the water. There are good hiking areas and the well-known Sörmlandsleden can be connected to in Trosa. If you are interested in golf, Åda Golf & Country club is located about 5 km from the cottage. You share the plot with the homeowner. The homeowner has dogs and there is also a cat.
