With a variety of areas for dining and relaxing, this cottage is a home away from home with both indoor and outdoor space. Additionally, the property benefits from a large driveway, with space for 4+ vehicles. The space The property comprises 5 unique and beautiful bedrooms which all accommodate at least a double bed. For families, we have an additional trundle bed and cot which can be housed in the larger bedrooms, extra bedding and towels are available on request for an additional fee. There is ample storage from fitted wardrobes and drawers in each room. Additionally, there is a desk space for those who want to work remotely, situated at the far end of the property away from the day-to-day noise of the reception rooms. With the addition of two new shower rooms to complement the existing bathroom, there are adequate facilities for big families. Furthermore, there are a variety of indoor and outdoor dining areas and large, spacious gardens. If you are bringing one or two dogs please let us know when you book and note there is an additional fee to cover cleaning. Please also check the house rules in advance before you book to ensure you are happy with our terms. Guest access The property is exclusively available to you, for the duration of your stay. Areas you cannot access include the outbuildings and loft space. Other things to note Please note that as per 28/08/24 the Fife Council STL licensing conditions state we cannot exceed a head count of 10 people which includes all children, toddlers and babies staying in the property. If bringing one or two dogs, please declare this at time of booking and be aware there is a small additional cleaning fee chargeable.
