We welcome you to our house with swimming pool located in the heart of a typical village in the south of France in a quiet and green setting in the immediate vicinity of the city of Montpellier (15 min from Place de la Comédie). The space Our 145 m², 2-story house offers 4 bedrooms, including a master suite on the ground floor with a private bathroom and independent access to the garden, as well as 3 other spacious bedrooms. There is also a second bathroom upstairs. The spaces are designed in a way that can accommodate 2 small families traveling together and who want to keep moments of privacy via the 2 levels (2 bedrooms/1 SBD per level). All rooms come with double beds. Linens are not provided. The house features an open-plan architecture with a spacious layout, including a kitchen, living room, and a cathedral-style lounge. The house is modern and equipped with all amenities: fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi, electric shutters. A library with books available for browsing will be left at your disposal. For musicians who want to brighten up the evenings during the stay, we can [on request] leave musical instruments. We can also offer a selection of board games upon request. Regarding the outdoor areas, the house is located on a wooded lot with: - a terrace in the shade of 2 plane tree mulberry trees that have joined their branches over the years to ensure pleasant moments around a large outdoor table that can accommodate 8 guests. - a beautiful pool to cool off - BBQ - a mini vegetable garden with local herbs to enhance your dishes - And the icing on the cake :-) a large plum tree so you can practice your pastry-making skills! Thanks to the layout of the house and its greenery, it stays cool in summer; however, the living rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which can be used as an option upon request. The house is located in the charming village of Clapiers, a 5-minute walk from the village center, where you will find all the local shops (grocery store, bakery, tobacco and newsstand, café-restaurant). The house is close to pétanque courts, volleyball, football, a large skate park (with child & adult section) as well as a children's playground. Accessibility: Tram line 5 is about a 10-minute walk from the house and takes you to the center of Montpellier in 20 minutes. The house is located 20 minutes by car (or taxi) from Gare Saint-Roch and Montpellier Sud de France train stations, as well as Montpellier Airport. Downtown Montpellier, Place de la Comédie, can be reached in 15 minutes by car, 25 minutes by bike or 20 minutes by tram. The city is very dynamic and offers a multitude of cultural and tourist activities throughout the year and especially in summer.
