Village boutique retreat with cooked breakfast

You’ll love this elegant, stylish B & B. Complimentary drinks and homemade bakes plus a delicious breakfast of choice, including award winning Redhill Farm sausages. The boutique style bedroom and en-suite is private and the rest of our home and gardens open to our Guests. Laughton has a Country pub and historic Church. Our property sits on the edge of the Forest so we offer bikes to explore. The beautiful City of Lincoln is just a 22 mile drive. We hope you will have a wonderful Stay! The space Our home sits on the edge of the Village so quiet and peaceful with rural views both front and back. We have a welcoming kitchen with bifold doors onto the deck area with private rear gardens and an outdoor dining area with added comfortable seating for those Summer nights. We also have a Sitting room with a large TV and a cosy, open coal fire when the colder months draw in 🔥 Breakfast can be served at our kitchen Bar table or separate Dining Room. We can offer our Garden Room or Sitting room during your Stay for a private, indoor space if you want to relax or listen to music but not feel restricted to your bedroom. The bedroom and en-suite has been recently decorated and styled to give that boutique, glamorous feel but still cosy and inviting. There is a large television in your bedroom showing Netflix etc for your downtime and a selection of books and magazines. We also offer a private Study with comfortable desk and chair if a guest would like to work. Guest access The section of our house that will remain private are the other 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. During your stay Myself and my Husband can be on hand to offer hot and cold drinks etc but equally happy to give you private spaces within our Home and garden. Other things to note Optional extra is private use of our new Summerhouse featured , inc alcoholic or soft beverage and nibbles @ £10pp OR Afternoon Tea inc sandwiches, savouries and clotted cream scones @ £20pp. ( Advance notice would be required for latter ) If you have an early start and prefer to skip breakfast, then let me know on booking and I will reduce fee by £10 per person.
