The upstairs guest house includes a master suite with a private bathroom, beautiful views of Carmen Valley, large windows for natural light, and vaulted ceilings. Due to large animals and a second-story balcony, this property isn’t suitable for young children. However, non-walking infants may be accepted with prior arrangement at booking. No pets allowed. The space The apartment boasts beautiful wood vaulted ceilings and a oversized deck with second story views. The overall feeling is peaceful and serene as you gaze at the grazing horses right outside your door. Natural lighting streams in from the North and South through the large windows in the kitchen and living room. One parking spot is available for one vehicle. If guests require more than one parking spot or are towing a trailer, they must get prior approval from the property manager. Extra parking may not always be available or approved. Guest access Guests can access the apartment through their own private door. Walking up the stairs to the second story, guests open the door to their own 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen, full bathroom and cozy living room. The oversized deck is just for guest use. There is a historical residence on the property and residents that occupy that home. The horses are sweet, beautiful, and enjoy pets but should not be fed. Entering the pasture is prohibited by guests. There is a large deck available for guests to use. No barbecues of any kind are allowed on the deck. One parking spot is available for one vehicle.
