To that effect, we provide: - Inverter, AC, heater, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers - Iron, torch  - Fire extinguisher - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Barbecue kit, bonfire, hammock - Secured parking space for up to 2 cars This is neither a wheelchair-friendly nor a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - Overlooking the enchanting hills and lakes of Bhimtal, this home has 4 bedrooms - 2 on the first floor and 2 on the second floor.  - All bedrooms offer king-sized beds. - The rooms offer a plethora of amenities such as Wi-Fi, wardrobe, an electric kettle and an ensuite bathroom. - Two of the bedrooms are equipped with an all-weather AC and the other two offer a heater. - Wake up to the refreshing views of the verdure hills and Bhimtal lake from the balconies on the first and second floor bedrooms. BATHROOMS - There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom on the first floor.  - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - Hair Dryer can be provided upon request COMMON AREAS - With wooden interiors, this home is built around a mountain aesthetic with a verdant backdrop of the hills. - The living room on the ground floor is adorned with comfortable sofas that can accommodate up to 8 people. - This space offers a variety of amenities such as a heater, TV and Wi-Fi access. - The dining area, also part of the living space, offers ample seating space for up to 8 people. - For avid readers, there is a quaint corner with a collection of books that guests can read through while enjoying a hot cup of cocoa. - There are two lawns - on the first as well as the second level of this cottage, where guests can relax and rejuvenate while looking at the picturesque views that the property has to offer. KITCHEN - Guest do not have access to kitchen. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder.  - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - A cook can be arranged at a charge of Rs.3000 per day. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals. - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Ensuring you a serene & relaxing getaway from the hustle and commotion of the city, this villa is the perfect escape. Within the property, guests can take a leisurely stroll on the lawn amidst the chirping birds and gentle humming of the enchanting wildlife around. Enjoy a soothing cup of tea as you lose yourself on the horizon of the lush valleys. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games such as cards or ludo or relish a scrumptious barbeque around a bonfire. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 3000. Groceries will be charged as per actuals. - A bonfire can be lit at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 for 2 hours. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Kindly note that only family groups are allowed. Unmarried couples and groups of friends are not allowed. - Guests are requested to shut the windows and doors during the evenings given the presence of insects and bugs around. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the lights and fans for up to 4 hours. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays near the premises of the same property. - Please note that guests are advised not to step out after 9 PM, as it may not be safe. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.
