Please note: we are a shared community space, but not a party location. 🌺 Martina The space Dear Guests, We are very happy to offer you our spacious studio spread over two floors, with a total area of 220 m². The space is ideally suited for groups, events, workshops, co-working, as well as weekend trips, work stays, family celebrations, and similar occasions. To ensure that everyone feels comfortable during their stay, we kindly ask you to observe the following information. Use of the Studio: Please indicate the purpose of your stay when making your inquiry. Any additional visitors or clients must also be registered with us in advance. Overnight Stays: Our pricing is primarily based on the daytime use of the studio for shared private or professional activities. Therefore, the focus is not on traditional overnight accommodation. For a simple overnight stay, we provide comfortable sleeping mattresses, sheets, and wool blankets. Please bring your own sleeping bags (or similar) and towels. Upon request, a complete linen set (bed setup including bed linen and towels) can be added for a fee of €25 per person per stay. Noise & Shared Space: We are a community-oriented space, not a party venue. Loud music or disruptive behavior is not permitted. Should noise disturbances be reported by neighbors, we reserve the right to issue an immediate eviction from the studio without refund. From 10:00 p.m., noise levels must be kept to a moderate level. Check-In & Check-Out: An early check-in from 8:00 a.m. and a late check-out until 2:00 p.m. are available upon request. Please inform us of your desired check-in time immediately after booking confirmation so we can reserve special times for you. If notified later, only the standard times may be available (check-in from 2:00 p.m. / check-out by 11:00 a.m.). Facilities & Services: On the lower floor you will find two toilets, a washing machine, and a separate shower. Service & Catering: We are happy to accommodate individual requests upon inquiry, for example regarding equipment, catering, or decoration. Coffee and beverages are available for an additional charge; prices are displayed in the studio. Self-catering is, of course, welcome. Cleanliness & Care: Please return all furniture and equipment to their original places after your stay and leave the studio tidy and swept clean. In the event of excessive soiling or non-compliance with house rules, we reserve the right to charge additional cleaning or service fees. Damages: Please report any damage you find or cause during your stay immediately, so that it can be clarified via liability insurance or addressed by us if necessary.
