Dear Guests, We are excited to offer you our wonderful two-story studio – perfect for group trips, bachelor/bachelorette parties, events, and workshops. Early check-in from 8 a.m. and late checkout is possible upon request. Please note that we are not a traditional holiday rental. We provide comfortable mats for simple overnight stays. Martina The space Dear Guests, We are excited to offer you our spacious two-story studio (220 m²) – perfect for groups, events, workshops, and co-working. The studio is also ideal for weekend trips, work stays, family gatherings, or similar occasions. Important Information: Usage: Please indicate the purpose of your booking when making a request. Any additional visitors or clients must also be registered in advance. Accommodation: Our focus is on daytime use, not overnight stays. We provide comfortable sleeping mats, sheets, and wool blankets. Please bring your own sleeping bags and towels. Noise: We are a community space, not a party venue. Loud music or disturbances are not allowed. If neighbors report any noise issues, you may be asked to leave the studio immediately without a refund. Check-In: Early check-in is available on request, so you can use the studio during the day. Please let us know your desired check-in time after your booking is confirmed. If provided later, check-in may only be possible from 2 p.m. Facilities & Services: On the lower floor, you’ll find two toilets, a washing machine, and a separate shower. Service & Catering: We can accommodate your requests flexibly (e.g., equipment, catering, flexible check-in). Coffee and drinks are available for a separate charge; prices are posted in the studio. Guidelines: Please return all furniture to its original place and leave the studio tidy. We reserve the right to charge extra for damages, excessive dirt, or violations of house rules. Damages: Please report any damages you find or that occur during your rental immediately, so they can be addressed through insurance if needed. Noise after 10 p.m.: If the noise rules are not respected after 10 p.m., you may be required to leave the studio immediately.
