At the crossroads of comfort, outdoor beauty and fun is Paradise in Paraíso, where you can make the most of the numerous amenities and activities that guarantee an unforgettable stay. You may noticed we have multiple listings. This listing is for only the 2 premium suites, which will sleep up to 8 guests. Other listings offer more or less suites at different prices. All listing have exclusive use of the property. The space The house has 8 suites, 3 premium and 5 non-premium, which can sleep a maximum of 23 guests. This listing is for two suites, 2 premium suites, which will sleep up to 8 guests. You can choose which premium suites you want to use and the one that will be locked. One of the premium suites is wheelchair accessible and has a back patio area. The other two premium suites have views to the pool and beach. The premium suites sleep 4 people each. The non-premium suites will be locked. Bedding, towels, body soap, and air conditioning is provided in all suites. There is a full kitchen, breakfast bar, living room, 5 social bathrooms, and a larger multipurpose room for dining, parties, dances, meetings…. All the suites and the living room have a HD Smart TV with Netflix included on it. There is a rooftop that includes a bar, pool table, BBQ/kitchen, sitting area, and a hot tub. The front yard contains another BBQ, pool, hammocks, sitting areas, and a covered dining area. There is also a bathroom in the front yard, so if your in the pool, you don’t need to go inside the house to use the restroom. The front yard has ocean/beach views. Please note that if the optional 2 single beds are used in the wheelchair accessible premium suite, the suite will no longer be wheelchair accessible because of a lack of space in the bedroom. This means if the suite is required to be wheelchair accessible, the number of guest allow will be reduced by two guests to 6 guests because it is required to remove the optional 2 single beds. Guest access Some of our listings are for less than the seven suites that are available . In those listings, the suites that are not rented will be locked, preventing access to them. The first floor on beach side of the house is not accessible at this time. We are in the process of redesigning that area to make more useful to our guests in the future. The rest of the property is fully accessible exclusively for your stay, no matter the number of suites you are renting. Other things to note Guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement prior to staying on the property. Guest will also be required to pay a cleaning and damage deposit to confirm their reservation.
