The flat is in quiet street of a highly demanded area, quartier des Batignolles, because it offers a safe, local and lively environment with lots of young people. The space The studio was renovated in 2022, it is located on the 5th floor without elevator of a charming building from the 1900s, this will be your little fitness of the day:) At this height, you have a unique view of the rooftops of Paris and light all day long. For sleeping, there is a pull-out bed for 2 people with very comfortable mattresses with sheets, duvets and pillows. In this 15 m2 apartment, there is a washing machine, a rare thing in Paris studios, but also a bathroom with shower and toilet. A smart TV and internet are also provided to keep you connected. In addition, the tables can be moved to meet your needs: you can create a space to eat, study or work or simply leave the coffee table. I also offer towels for your shower and cleaning products in case you want to keep this cocoon clean. The studio is located on a quiet street but in a lively area with plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars at reasonable prices that Parisians enjoy throughout the year. You are also not far from the Montmartre district with the Sacré Coeur but also the Saint-Lazarre train station or Parc Monceau (about 20 min walk). In the price, internet, electricity, water and heating are included in the rental. The portable fan is available in the summer. For the winter period from November to March, there is central heating.
