Beautiful home with 4 en-suites & ample parking

Welcome to The Hops, a beautiful family home with an enclosed terraced garden, private parking & views over Brewers Quay. Spoil yourselves as all 4bedrooms have ensuites. Theres a large lounge to relax in (with a den-lounge for the kids to hangout!) & a separate dining room. Newtons Cove & the picturesque Old Harbour are both 1min walk, with the wide sandy Weymouth beach only 10min walk away-you will not be short of things to do whether its a walk/swim/boat ride/cafe sitting,dining or crabbing! The space We are a detached & newly refurbished home, originally 2 cottages. All our rooms are spacious & there are various areas (should you want them!) for adults & children to chill out. We have a spacious 'adult' lounge with modern sofas & a large smart TV. There is another downstairs children's lounge (with sofa bed to double up as room 5) with bean bags and a big desk both suited to those who want to work/study, or those that want to draw!! Our separate dining room has an extendable table to seat everyone. We can take up to 3 cars on private, gated on site parking. There are 2 patio areas at the house, the larger area directly at the back of the house has garden furniture, so you can eat outside. There is a smaller suntrap at the end of the driveway (only if you bring 2 cars or less) which can easily seat 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, induction hob, microwave etc & all cooking utensils. 3 of the double bedrooms have shower ensuites, and the twin room has a bath ensuite. Guest access This holiday is the whole house for yourselves. Other things to note Equally suited for a group of couples who all want their own bathroom. We will have the sofa bed made up for you (with corresponding towels) on request.
