Featuring 4 bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms, this home accommodates up to 12 people comfortably! The house is tastefully furnished with island decor and offers a spacious living area for all guests to enjoy. This home encompasses three floors. The first floor entails the entry way to the house, garage, and a bedroom, which is located behind the garage next to the pool area. The second floor entails two spacious bedrooms, living area, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked to accommodate our guests cooking needs! The third floor consists of an oversized open master bedroom. The backyard of this home is a tropical paradise offering a private pool and hot tub. Its the perfect area for guests to relax while on vacation! 123 E. Georgia Ruth is located less than 1/2 a block from the beach, offering guests easy access to South Padre Island's sandy beaches! Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.
