A new apartment of almost 40 m² in a charming tenement house from 2021. Fully equipped, ideal for medium-term stays. Our friendly atmosphere attracts many returning guests. The space Our apartment has been carefully arranged, with the full comfort of the apartment in mind - not only for the weekend, but also for longer than a month. We are happy to announce that all the assumptions have been met, which is confirmed by the numerous returns of the same guests. From the moment you enter, you will notice that everything you need is at your fingertips. A real feast awaits you in our kitchen! You will find aromatic coffee, a dishwasher, a fast induction hob, a fridge with a freezer, an oven and complete tableware. And most importantly - wine glasses waiting for your favorite drink to be poured. The full equipment allows you to enjoy cooking or savoring delicious takeaway food. Remote work becomes easier thanks to a comfortable desk and fast internet. In the evening, relax on a comfortable sofa in front of the TV with atmospheric Ambilight. And when it gets hot, the air conditioning will bring instant relief. Whether it's a romantic bath or a shower after a long trip - with a bathtub equipped with a non-slip coating, you can take advantage of both options. Before you go out to a party, you can do your makeup perfectly in front of the illuminated mirror. And when you get back, your laundry may be waiting for you. And so - we provide laundry capsules so you don't have to worry about anything. Guest access The apartment is entirely at the exclusive disposal of guests and they can use all the amenities in it. Other things to note Contactless check-in is available at night. However, we need to know at least one day in advance of your planned arrival date. The apartment is located on the street side, but the noise is not bothersome (the windows are triple glazed). An undoubted advantage here is the proximity of the city and the ease of getting to the place. A 140x220 cm bed and a sofa bed in the living room of the same dimensions are available.
