Welcome to the beautiful Cologne Südstadt! Our cozy ground-floor apartment with old-school charm is located in the heart of Cologne and invites you to explore the beautiful cathedral city. The space The old apartment, which was completely renovated two years ago, has 3 rooms. The apartment basically has everything your heart desires. It can easily accommodate 4 people. Two people can be accommodated in the cozy bedroom in the spacious double bed. For additional guests, we are happy to provide a mattress in the study or prepare the couch in the living room for sleeping. The spacious living room with the cozy, large couch invites you to relax and forms the center of the apartment. The kitchen with its Portuguese tiles is well equipped and has a beautiful terrace, which can of course be used. Inside the apartment is a beautiful oak plank floor and provides a warm flair. Guest access During your stay, you are welcome to use all the rooms. Note: This is our private apartment and if we are not traveling, we live here too. This means that personal items are also available in the apartment and also some furnishings for our little daughter (for example, changing table or her side bed in the bedroom). Other things to note The apartment is in the heart of the beautiful Cologne Südstadt and is surrounded by numerous nice cafés, boutiques and great restaurants. The Rhine is less than a 15-minute walk away and from there it is also not far to the cathedral and the many Cologne sights.
