Villa Segovia is the annex of our old family home, Villa Millet, built in 1883 on the famous beachfront promenade where Marcel Proust could admire it during his walks. It is ideally located just 10 meters from the beach and the seafront. less than 100 meters from the children's club (Mickey) and 500 meters from the city center and its shops. The space Recently renovated, the house offers on the ground floor a large living room (40 m2) with a French window offering a sea view and two others on a paved courtyard and a terrace enclosed by walls. The three bedrooms where sleepers will be lulled by the sound of waves, occupy the floor. - Fully equipped, sheets, towels will be provided. The villa can accommodate 7 people On the ground floor: - A large living room (40 m2) with a French window offering sea views and two others overlooking a paved courtyard and a walled terrace with foosball and wood-burning stove. (Please note that the supply of briquettes is the responsibility of the guests) - A fully equipped closed kitchen with fridge/freezer, 4 induction hobs, oven, Nespresso, filter coffee maker, cooking utensils, a washing machine. - A beautiful terrace with its table and 6 chairs and deckchairs and tri-comfort, ideal for sharing good times with family or friends. Upstairs: - A pleasant bedroom: a double bed of 160, a dresser and a TV - A second bedroom with a double bed of 140 and a single bed of 90 above. - A third bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a dresser, a TV - Bathroom, shower, toilet. Welcome to the little ones: We have a baby bed and high chair. Please note, we do not provide the mattress for hygiene and allergy reasons. We therefore ask you to leave the accommodation clean upon checkout, as if it were your own home: without any waste, without dirty dishes, and the furniture in its original place. If the accommodation is left dirty, with unwashed dishes, and/or with garbage, we may ask you for financial compensation for the extra cleaning time. The cleaning fee covers the cost of cleaning that is carried out before your arrival, on the basis of a normally clean accommodation, as well as clean linen and consumables made available to you."
