Hello Sunshine!

Located on a quiet cul de sac, Hello Sunshine is a newly furnished mid century modern house, giving you everything that Guerneville offers and more. Relax by the pool, soak in the spa, or take a short walk to float on the Russian River. Downtown Guerneville, Pee Wee Golf, and Armstrong Woods National Reserve are all minutes away. Enjoy the nearby wineries, hikes, and coastline. You can do it all! Please note we have a 5-7 night minimum during peak season and holidays. The space The house features a brand new outdoor pool, spa/hot tub and deck space for easy relaxation. Indoor features plentiful natural light, two TV rooms, as well as three bedrooms; King, Queen, and two trundle beds (four twin beds). Both the master and guest bathrooms have been recently renovated. The galley kitchen has new appliances, and there is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Guest access The entire house and driveway parking is dedicated to our guests (the garage is not available). Other things to note The location of the house and it's amenities allows you to tailor your stay as you see fit. Both downtown and the river are walking distance. Spend your days floating or paddling on the river, hike Armstrong woods or plan a day of wine tasting. If you just want to unwind, relax all day by the pool and enjoy your BBQ dinner on the deck.
