(Studio update December 2025) - The studio will very unfortunately be next door to a building site.. Demolition and excavation are complete though there can still be general building noise. The builders hours are 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday. Very likely the normal peace and serenity will be disrupted during this time. The space Sunshine, surf, and the sea breeze. Unwind and live like a local in this stunning architecturally designed freestanding studio guesthouse situated 200m from beautiful Freshwater beach. Minutes from nearby cafes, restaurants, and the famous Freshwater Beach and village. Enjoy district views with ocean glimpses from your private north-facing terrace. This newly built studio offers a casual beachy interior with a high vaulted ceiling, a private terrace with a large BBQ, an outdoor table, and a daybed. The interior has a queen size bed, Balinese daybed with a single trundle bed, desk, kitchenette, and solid timber floors throughout. The studio is perfect for a couple. The single-sized daybed and trundle make it possible to sleep 4 people so you can bring the kids to the beach. A porta-cot is available on request. So many cafes and restaurants to choose from in close walking distance though meal preparation is possible as the studio has a kitchenette with a microwave, bar fridge, kettle, coffee machine, rice cooker, toasted sandwich maker, and plenty of plates and cutlery. There are saucepans and fry pans that can be used on the wok attachment on the terrace bbq. Footsteps to Freshwater beach, the Harbord Hotel, and Pilu restaurant. Climate perfect with summertime ocean breezes and beautiful all-day winter sunshine. The grass and terrace are solely for studio use. Guest access The studio is located at the front of the property where we live. There are no shared walls as it sits independently on the lower level of the property. We offer contactless check-in and we are available if you need help with anything during your stay. Free street parking Other things to note Pets are very welcome though the terrace and grassed area aren't secure. The outdoor furniture can be moved to act as a barrier. The studio has an alfresco style laundry located under the stairs with a large combination washer/dryer with plenty of washing detergent supplied. Registration Details PID-STRA-37666
