Guest access You have sole access to the entire home and back yard, with the exception of the basement which is locked. No-one lives in the basement or has access to it during your stay. Other things to note - This is an old home, with wonky floors, worn original hardwood and low ceilings. Its' imperfections make it all the more charming in our opinion. - The stairs are steep hence we advise caution especially with young children or seniors in the home. - The two person spa in the back garden is unfenced although lidded, so please keep an eye on your littles. - We supply enough firewood for at least one roaring fire in the firepit - There is no cable, but we do have high speed wifi and a Firestick for you to access your streaming services. - There is a portable AC unit in the principal bedroom during the summer months. We also supply fans in the hot weather to keep the air moving. This is a quiet neighbourhood - absolutely no parties, and quiet after 11.00pm per City Bylaws. Registration Details BL256803
