Located in the heart of the Denver Tech Center the a peaceful, upscale neighborhood of Old Greenwood Village. Immediate access to walking/biking trails. Large Pine trees, Aspens & Cattails in a lovely mountain view setting. *Not a basement bedroom*. 15 min. Train ride to downtownDenver 1.5 mile: Fiddler’s Green Amphitheater 1 mile: Train & Hwy I-25 1 mile: gas,grocery,food Well appointed, master suite with down comforter, attached bathroom, Roku TV & Minifridge No pets or animals due to allergy The space Quiet Master Bedroom with attached, private bathroom. Bedroom door locks from the inside. Window has view of back deck and trail behind the house. Mini-fridge & Roku TV, WiFi. Plenty of drawer and large closet space. Central air conditioning and heat, Ceiling fan. The smaller (pantry) kitchen is available for your use to prepare food. You may use the microwave in larger kitchen area. No stove or oven use, please. Coffee/tea service in (pantry) kitchen. Deck is off of the kitchen with patio furniture, seasonal. There is a kitchen island with stools that you may use to eat. Please, no eating in the bedroom. If you are interested in a longer term stay, please contact Host to discuss. Guest access Please touch base with me through the app before you arrive. I should be home to greet you. Front door is on the North side of house by the rock waterfall. Key will be given at checkin. Please lock deadbolt upon leaving (the door may need a good push or pull while locking). During your stay Please don’t hesitate to ask for anything you should need. Messaging through the website app is best! Other things to note -If you need a ride to/from FIDDLER’S GREEN for a concert, it is possible that can be arranged. -There is a farmers market (about 1/2 mile distance) in the summer months from 9-1 on Sundays at Bellview Station (Bellview x Newport St.) -Downstairs is strictly off limits. -No stove or oven cooking. -Laundry is not available. -House is not suitable for children under 12. -Key will be available upon check in. -Please lock deadbolt when leaving. -There is a friendly dog on property. -No animals due to allergy.
