Guests agree to keep the premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken. There will be an extra cleaning charge if the home is left excessively dirty. To be determined by cleaning staff. Also, extra charges for any stains or damages to property or furniture. No outside guest(s) allowed. Only the number of people in your reservation are allowed in the home, unless approved by host. Should number of guests on the property exceed the amount in the reservation, the reservation will be canceled immediately at host's discretion with no refund. There is a late checkout charge of R250 for every hour late after check out time of 11am, unless host gives a late check out complimentary. If you have no reviews on your AirBnB profile or if your rating is below 5 stars, we may decline your booking request and/or cancel your reservation. No Smoking is allowed inside the home. There is a R500 penalty.
