The Warm Hearth: The Hayloft

This beautiful 18th Century Hayloft, with gas central heating is nestled in vast fields, with 360 degree views of Hereford city, the black mountains and surrounding villages. This cozy home with a wood fire, access to our private woods, BBQ chalet and acres of fields is perfect for stargazing, leisurely walks, and family games. Exclusively for guests is our stargazing dome located in the Hayloft's private garden and overlooks our private field.Sleep under the stars or lounge in the sunshine. The space The Warm Hearth is a private estate found at the end of our own private country lane and has it's own private wood and acres of fields. The Hayloft has it's own private garden which overlooks our private woods which has a large trampoline,swing ball,climbing frame,slide and rope swings. Also in our private woods is our family friendly fire pit which is safe and has ample seating allowing our guests to toast marshmallows throughout the night. Our separate gas BBQ and outside kitchen is built in our own wood framed building with a large kitchen table allowing our guests to sit and eat their own BBQ food in the peace and quiet of the woods. If you want to travel down past our free range chickens into our own private field you can enjoy a game of badmington or enjoy a picnic in our field surrounded by very peaceful countryside. The Warm Hearth is glad to provide our guests with everything you need for a hearty breakfast which includes our own free range chicken eggs, bread, butter, jam, honey, orange juice, mineral water, tea coffee, orange juice, crunchy nut cornflakes and porridge. Not for breakfast we also include a welcome bottle of cider or proseco and ice in the freezer. Our fields can access neighbouring fields which have ramblers paths and allow you to walk to Dewsall Court our neighbours to the East and a popular wedding venue with it's one private pretty church. Guest access Guests have free access to our own Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus television channels throughout their stay. Other things to note The Warm Hearth do not charge any extra for additional guests within reason. To help accommodate for this we have additional single mattresses and bedding available upon request as well as a travel cot and cosy snuggle blankets for infants.
