Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and essential kitchen items ( blender, toaster, coffee maker, etc...) Plenty of pots, pans, and utensils for cooking. Coffee bar is fully stocked with a variety of options from tea to coffee. Master Bedroom Spacious bedroom w/ en suite restroom. Master bathroom has a garden tub along with a walk-in shower. New towels and washcloths are provided. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer is provided for your convenience. The main hallway bathroom also includes ample towels and washcloths, along with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion for your convenience. Parking and Entry You may park in the driveway or along the street. //Door code will be provided after booking// Security camera on premise near entry way of the home. Guest access You will have access to the entire home. Other things to note 1. No pets are allowed in the house. A $500 fee will be applied if evidence is found of a pet being in the home. Your reservation will also be canceled and your refund will be forfeited. 2. Absolutely NO parties, loud music, events, or gatherings are allowed. This is a quiet residential community and quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Anyone found in violation of a noise complaint will be charged $300 and your reservation will be canceled. 3. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. You will be charged an additional 500.00 if this rule is violated.
