The bedrooms have 1 king, 1 queen with futon and 2 twin beds. There is one full bath with a deep tub upstairs and a powder room downstairs. Office space with two desks and a couch in the basement (not a sleeping area). Fenced in side-yard is our favorite feature. Sunny in the morning and shade in the afternoon. Enter in to a warm front room with a couch and a loveseat. The living room is open to a large dining room table. There is a TV mounted on the wall that rotates for viewing in either room. Off to one side is the kitchen and the other side will be the slider that opens to our beautiful, fenced-in side yard. Upstairs you will find 3 nice sized bedrooms each with a dresser and good closet space. In the basement is a office with two desks, a couch and another TV. Beyond that room is a laundry room with a washer, dryer and utility sink. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a powder room off the kitchen. Our home has many windows which provide beautiful sunshine. You will have access to the entire premises. There is an electronic keypad for entrance through the front door and a code to open the garage. Our daughter and father are nearby if anything is needed Our home is in a family-friendly neighborhood with many beautiful homes and beautifully landscaped yards. There are several parks within walking distance. A very popular, local ice cream shop is just a short 3 blocks away. There are many local businesses, bakeries, restaurants and coffee shops just a mile east. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Just 1.2 miles down the road is Northwestern's Ryan Field and the NU campus is a mile beyond that. There is a Metro train stop one mile from our home that goes both north to Wisconsin and south to Chicago. A half mile east past the Metro is the El train that also runs to Chicago with stops like Addison for Wrigley Field. A large shopping mall is just a few miles to the west. There is also easy access to the 94 freeway. Street parking by the house, however the city does require paid parking near the businesses. We provide Electric Vehicle charging in the garage that has a 220 outlet with a Nemo 14-50 plug. Must have your own mobil charger for your vehicle.
