Kapp and Kappy B&B - Steel Horse Room

The Steel Horse room is decorated with chrome, denim, and basic biker black. This room has comfort-rest, dual-control mattress, en-suite bathroom with shower, sitting area, flat-screen TV, free wi-fi, mini-fridge, Keurig coffee-maker and bottled water. Located in historic downtown Kissimmee, Kapp and Kappy is only 25 min. from Disney, 30 min. from downtown Orlando and 1 hour from Ocean beaches. We are 10 min walking distance to restaurants, bars, boutiques, antique malls, and Lake Toho The space Your Innkeeper, Tom Kapp is also Art In Motion Motorcycles' Chief Product Designer and Bike Builder. The Steel Horse room is decorated with photos of some of his custom creations such as Flyin' Trike, Joker's Wild Chopper, Purple Haze Bagger, and CerberUS ProStreet. The Steel Horse room is located on the 2nd floor of Kapp and Kappy B&B and requires walking up one flight of stairs. It is decorated with chrome, denim, carved leather, and motorcycle parts. This room has windows that face South over the future Kapp & Kappy courtyard and current wildflower meadow, an en-suite bathroom with shower, sitting area, free wi-fi, flat screen TV, refrigerator, Keurig coffee-maker and water. Guest access Guests are able to access the guest living room, dining room, and front porch. Although we prefer to be a non-smoking facility, there is a smoking area on the front porch outside. During your stay Your innkeepers live on premises in a private/separate area from the guest areas. We will socialize with you if you want that, and won't if you don't. We are available via cell phone. We serve full hot American Breakfast. Breakfast is fairly flexible typically beginning at 7:30 am on weekdays and 9am on weekends. Early walking breakfasts can be provided if you are in a hurry. Other things to note Take a break and enjoy our native plant garden that is infused with some of Christi's sculptures and other metal art. We practice urban biodiversity and strive to blend nature into our space to keep our local pollinator population at healthy levels. We have an abundance of bees, butterflies and other pollinators. AirBnB collects Florida State Sales Tax on hotel room rentals per their agreement with the State of Florida (7.5% for our jurisdiction). As a licensed B&B operation in Kissimmee, FL, we are also required to also collect a Hotel Bed tax payable to Osceola County, Florida. This additional 6% of your room rental rate is due upon physical check-in. To mitigate this impact to our guests, we do not charge a room cleaning fee.
