Very close walk to the Spadina Ave Street Car Line transit for convenient transportation. Be sure to send us a message indicating you have read and agree to these rules. IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 MONTH STAYS OR LONGER: Toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and hand soap will be provided for guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay. Please also bring your own essentials and toiletries. (1) Please NO outdoor shoes in the condo suite. (2) Smoking/drugs of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property. ($400+ fine for smoke odour removal) (3) Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in a full deposit forfeit. You may be asked to leave with no refund. Absolutely NO PARTIES of any kind. (4) The EXACT number of guests staying MUST be enclosed to me and approved prior to booking. No additional guests are allowed in the home exceeding the indicated number on your booking confirmation. (5) Please do not use my unit's address for any of your mail and packages because it is not your primary address. Many guests check-in and out of my unit. (6) Please note: check-out time is by 11AM. We may accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in a $50 charge per each additional half hour stayed. (7) Please do not leave behind any opened or unopened food items upon check-out. PLEASE DO NOT EAT ON THE BED. (8) All bookings require a piece of valid ID of the primary renter and the disclosure of the full names of all guests for identification verification purposes. (9) Unfortunately, we cannot offer bag/luggage drop off. (10) IMPORTANT REMINDER: The condo concierge and security aren't available for hotel-style service.
