(4) The EXACT number of guests staying MUST be enclosed to me and approved prior to booking. No additional guests are allowed in the home exceeding the indicated number on your booking confirmation. (5) Please do not use my unit's address for any of your mail and packages because it is not your primary address. Many guests check-in and out of my unit. (6) Please note: check-out time is by 11AM. We may accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in a $50 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
