I live in the main house, and usually traveling throughout the year. So you can expect a peaceful sanctuary during your visit. Guest have a completely separate door to enter/access the guest suite. You have access to the entire guest suite, but not the main house. Free parking in the driveway. The neighborhood in incredibly safe and walkable all times of the day. I'd recommend a car to get around.
