Beautiful double room near Leith Walk. Close to the city centre, public transport, shops and supermarkets. Edinburgh is best explored on foot, and the flat is perfectly situated between Portabello, The Shore, Royal Mile and Princess street. You can walk almost everywhere in 25-30 minutes. There is a Free car parking for all guests. PLEASE NOTE ! I also have a very friendly CAT. The space The guest will have full access to amenities in living space and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge-freezer - all of which you are welcome to use. I am a traveller myself, and I know how important it is to have a cosy place to rest after all day of sightseeing and walking around town. I will do everything I can to make your visit enjoyable. So if there is anything you need, just ask. Just to avoid any confusion, please note that you are renting a bedroom in a flat, I live here as well. I also have a friendly cat staying with me. Guest access Plenty storage and your own private bathroom with shower. I provide towels, bed linen, hairdryer, toiletries. You also have an access to iron, ironing board. In the flat there is free Wi-fi. The flat benefits from pretty big living space. There is free parking space for all guests in a secure car park. Elevator in the building. During your stay I am quite active and rarely spend time at home during the day. I am happy to interact with you on any level you wish. I can give you an advice what to do in town, give you good recommendations for pubs and restaurants. If you prefer not to talk too much and just have a private space that's totally cool as well. I am very easy going and I am sure you will enjoy your stay!
