Gulliver’s In-Blue Hill

This is 8 years being ARBNB hosts in our home. Guests, one party up to 6, share the second floor that is private, simple and elegant with 3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom. Also private parking & own porch entry that is furnished with bamboo shades, table,couch, chairs, ceiling fan, and fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave. Fire pit & access to gardens. Walking distance to restaurants, park with ocean bay beach and mountain hiking trails. Host provides drip coffee, to go cups and breakfast supplies. The space Our home is open year round! Our second floor is dedicated to Airbnb for one party at a time of up to 6 guests who share one full bathroom. One suite(two rooms) for 4 and one bedroom for 2. We serve great drip coffee at 8am and you can use the small fridge, microwave, electric kettle and toaster located on your front enclosed porch. We have fast WiFi, a desk with task lighting and plenty of room for family visits. We offer our garden area with a fire pit, Guests can walk to numerous in town trails, shops, restaurants, great coffee bars, wine shops, post office , hospital, galleries, oceanfront park, library and in town boat launch. We are very close to schools including Kniesel Hall summer music school and Blue Hill Books one of the best small book stores in Maine. Short drives to dozens of hiking trails, Activity Equipment rental businesses. Day trips can include, shopping in Ellsworth,picnics to an ocean beach or lake beach , Acadia National park, Stonington and a ferry trip to isle au haut. Visits to Castine Maritime museums and tours of the State of Maine Maritime ship and private boat trips are available. Full kitchen available only with prior approval and extra fee per day. Located in owners space. Guest access Front Entry/porch and second floor 3 bedrooms with 1 bathroom. Own parking area. Hair dryer, washer /dryer, iron and board. Back yard fire pit, vegetable and flower gardens. During your stay We are in and out but always available by phone/text. We enjoy people and like to visit only if guests want to. We have lived in the area for 57 years and can give you info about local activities. Jeep is a carpenter/sailer and Libbey is always home & available when guests are booked. Other things to note We only rent to one party of up to 6 at a time. The upstair bedrooms and bathroom is private for 1-6 people from one party. We hope our home guests have a wonderful stay either for visits with family and friends, weddings, vacation or work. We offer brochures, maps and ideas for local activities.
