Slow combustion fire place -Large lounge room with smart tv, wifi, ceiling fan -Family bathroom with shower over bath, toilet, single vanity -Plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy including firepit area, front and back gardens, covered outdoor entertaining area, front porch Guest access Guests have free run of the house, the front and back gardens. (Not the single garage, the large shed or stable). Other things to note -Rainwater ONLY. There is no mains water in Penrose. Please use all water conservatively as it is a limited resource. -Onsite Wastewater Management System ONLY (i.e. Septic system). There is no mains sewer. Absolutely under no circumstances put anything down the drain or toilet that should go in the bin. -If you have pets you would like to bring on holiday with you, please feel free to ask.
