An event hall is also available to rent separately for special occasions. The space 43 acres of pasture land with a great view of the Chocolate Bayou that leads to the Gulf of Mexico! Guests also have the option to book house riding lessons. DO NOT have access to - The horse barn - The cattle barn - Storage building - Tractor shed - Horse walker - Training corral - Arena - Pasture Area Other things to note CHECK-IN ---------------------- -Early Check-ins will be subject to availability. There might be additional charges for early check-ins depending on the time of arrival. Contact the host for early check-in requests. CHECK-OUT ----------------------- -Late checkout without approval will result in a $75 fee per 30 mins. -Late checkout past 1 pm without approval WILL result in charging an automatic full day rate and guests will not be able to stay for the night. -Please follow the checkout instructions. # OF GUESTS ---------------------- - Guests # above 14 must be approved by the host. - We welcome events. Events must be approved by the host. There will be a fee applied depending on the number of people and the type of event. CLEANLINESS ---------------------- - We have a cleaning service, but common courtesy still applies. If the property is left extremely untidy/messy/dirty, an extra cleaning service fee will be charged. - If dishes are left uncleaned, an extra cleaning charge will be applied. - If the guests used the grill and left it uncleaned, then an extra cleaning charge will be applied. - If the guests left trash in the yard, then an extra cleaning charge will be applied. TRASH PICK-UP DAYS --------------------------- -Trash pick-up day is Thursday - Please do not part on the road and in front of the trash container on Thursdays to give a clear path for the garbage pick up truck to come through. SURROUNDINGS ---------------------- -NO Fireworks of any kind -NO ATVs -DO NOT feed the animals -DO NOT pet the animals -DO NOT open the gate to go into the pastures River ------------------- -Guests will have no River access -You can fish in the River, make sure not to enter the River - Guests will not have access to the boat or Jetski. An extra fee will be charged if the boat or Jetski is damaged. POOL -------------------- - Pool Maintenance Hours - Wednesday 8 AM - 12 PM ( You will not be able to access the pool during these hours.) - Enter at your own Risk - Adult supervision is needed for guests under 18 years old. - DO NOT take the Skimmer or Filter out of the pool - DO NOT move the pool Vacuum - No Water balloons - No food or drinks inside the pool - No glass containers near the pool - No horseplay GRILL - Charcoal --------------------- - We do not provide charcoal - Make sure you clean the grill after use, or else an extra cleaning fee will be charged. NO PETS --------------------- - NO pets allowed. Unreported pets will be charged $250 per pet per night. NO SMOKING --------------------- - Absolutely NO smoking inside the home. If there is any smell or evidence of smoking inside the home, a charge of $1000 will be applied for smoke remediation. - If smoking on the patio or outside, make sure to trash the remaining, and take care of the ashes. If not, then an extra cleaning charge will be applied. EVENT HALL ------------------ - Please reach out to the host for the rates for the event hall rentals.
