The main bedroom includes a spacious bed and a small workspace, while the second bedroom—more compact in size—provides a cozy and restful sleeping area. The modern bathroom includes a large walk-in shower and a washing machine. Every detail has been designed to ensure comfort and convenience for both short and extended stays. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and will be provided with two sets of keys for your convenience. Other things to note - The apartment is located on the elevated ground floor of a walk-up building. Please note that there is no elevator, and access requires just 4-5 steps - Both bedrooms face the building's interior gallery, receiving minimal natural light - The second bedroom is consists of a double-bed and aclothes hanger. - There is air-conditioning (12000 BTU) only in the living-room, and it is enough to cool the whole place - The cleanliness of our bed linens and towels is a top priority. Stains from makeup, nail polish, blood, or other substances require special treatment, and in some cases, may be impossible to remove. If a stain cannot be removed, the item may need to be replaced, and the cost could be charged to you. We kindly ask that you treat these items with care, as you would your own. FINES & FEES FOR THE VIOLATIONS - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any violation will result in a 100 EUR penalty fee - Lost keys will incur a 35 EUR replacement fee - If keys are left inside the door lock, requiring locksmith assistance, a 60 EUR service charge will apply IMPORTANT CHECK-IN INFORMATION To comply with local regulations (Turkish Law No. 1774, dated 26/06/1973), all guests are required to provide valid ID or passport details before check-in.
