A designer house for relaxation! Very good strategic location. Close to Malmö/Hyllie (8 km), Ljunghusen/Skanör, and Falsterbo's beautiful white beaches (15 min). Öresund Bridge / Malmö (10 min) and Copenhagen (30 min), Österlen (45 min). Perfect for excursions in the area or work trip. Modern, homely, cozy place with all the amenities! A harmonious house to be comfortable in! All new August 2022! Lovely large wooden deck with pergola, outdoor furniture, barbecue, etc. Private, cozy, lush south-facing garden. The space A charming, older brick house in a small, authentic church village just outside Vellinge, Malmö. Painted walls, wooden beams and raw concrete floors. Everything is new, high-quality, and well-designed; beautifully renovated in 2022, using natural materials and soothing colors to create a relaxing atmosphere. The ground floor consists of kitchen, living room, bathroom with laundry, one double bedroom (160 cm). Upstairs with living room where there is an extra sleeping area under sloped roof (120 cm). A master bedroom with queen size bed (180cm). One bedroom with 3 beds ( one 90 cm bed under sloped roof, one double bed 160 cm). Smaller toilet with shower. A house for those who value the environment, materials and the aesthetic. Secluded back/garden with large patio with wooden deck and comfortable pergola. Guest access Entire residential building, 2 floors, a garden at the back, and a large, furnished, south-facing wooden deck. 2–3 parking spaces. Option to charge your electric car. In the garden, there is also a trampoline for those who wish to use it. Other things to note Only paying guests are allowed to stay/sleep in the house. Parties are not permitted. EV charging stations available by arrangement. Please let us know in the reservation if you need to charge the car. (Electricity at cost.) If you are traveling with the smallest children, we have a crib ( cot for babies) that we can set up for you. Just let us know and we'll set it up. The garden is secluded and cozy facing south but not fully fenced with fencing, it may be good to know if you are traveling with a dog, for example. The terrace has a partial roof so you can sit outside even if there is some rain. We charge an additional fee for pets connected that we need to clean the house more thoroughly afterwards to make it fresh for the next guests. Before Christmas and New Year's weeks, we of course make the house atmospheric and extra cozy 🌟🕯 everything for a lovely stay 🥰
