Atypical barge - 13 min from Paris - Private loft

Welcome aboard the Canala, an authentic Freycinet barge moored on the Seine, 20 minutes south of Paris by car. We have lived there for 15 years in an exceptional landscape between city and green park, a breath of fresh air. Juvisy RER station is a 5-minute walk (lines D or C). You will be in the center of the capital in less than 10 minutes. The space Your loft apartment just for you!! Entirely private!! 3 bedrooms are at your disposal: (Sheets and towels provided) • 1 double bedrooms (140 bed) with a view to the Seine • 1 double bedrooms (140 bed) with a view to the Seine • 1 Bedroom with 2 Single beds (possibility of double bed) Dock view. Booking 1–2 people corresponds to 1 single room Booking 3 to 4 people corresponds to 2 rooms Reservation 5-6 guests is 3 bedrooms Bathroom with private bath and shower, private separate toilet. Baby equipment available: folding crib, stroller, changing table, etc. You have noticed that the kitchen is private and is not accessible for guests. However, you can pick up a small food snack on site from a large table! (Are at your disposal: fridge, microwave, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery... ) Breakfasts are served as an option (breakfast can be offered for an extra €7 per person: tea, coffee, pastries, fresh bread, orange juice accompanied by jams) TV with Netflix, Canal+, Disney... Note that access to the barge is difficult for people with limited mobility. Shops are a 5-minute walk away as well as many restaurants. The CANALA houseboat is red and gray Juvisy RER station is a 5-minute walk (D or C lines). You will be in the center of the capital in less than 10 minutes. Accessibility: • By car: 20 km from Paris in 20 minutes, (Easy free parking on the street) • From Orly airport: - 20 minutes by bus from Orly Airport (191-100), the stop is two minutes from the barge. • From public transport: When you arrive at Juvisy station by RER, take the Seine exit, then rue de Draveil, you arrive on the Seine, take a left and the gray and red barge is about 5 minutes away! Juvisy > Versailles = about 1 hr 20 min Juvisy > Eiffel Tower = about 45 minutes Juvisy > Notre-Dame = about 20 minutes. • Arriving by car, you can park on the avenue for free in front of Canala. (Grey and red).
