The upstairs has 2 full bedrooms and 2 full baths. The basement comes with theater room, bar area, sleeper sofas, and full bath. A large bedroom w/ 2 full beds and another full bath completes the bottom floor. Fire pit area! Every room has a waterfront view ! A fire pit sits down by the water where lights dance on the water by the fire. Bring your boats and water craft where there are tie downs at the pier. Every area is open for your enjoyment except the private boat and wave runner ! We are available for questions at anytime. We will be glad to answer any questions while during your stay, This is a quiet neighborhood with mostly full time residents. Please be respectful with no excessive noise and no outside noise after 10:30 pm. There is an extra parking area across the street. It has two concrete entry ways and gravel. It will accommodate several boats or trailers. There are places to tie your boats and watercraft up at the pier !
