Old farmhouse

The house is located 3 kilometers from the village of Chevillé, in the countryside, in the middle of the fields. The accommodation that is offered for rent is an old barn that we have completely transformed and restored. It offers the charm of the old and offers the comfort of modernity for 4 to 6 people (including 2 to 4 children), in a quiet environment, with a 5000 m2 enclosed garden and a small pond. Linens and towels are included The space You will have access to the entire house (completely autonomous space). On the ground floor, you will find a dining room and a fitted kitchen (with gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher and washing machine, two high chairs for children), and an enclosed area (toilet, hand washing sink). On the 1st floor: * a large living room with a wood stove (wood available) * a bathroom with bathtub & toilet * a master bedroom (with a 160 x 200 double bed) * a parent/children's bedroom, (with two 80 x 200 beds that can be combined to make a double bed or two children's beds). This room opens onto the mezzanine thanks to a vertical staircase (see photos) * a mezzanine (two 80 x 200 mattresses). This space is not recommended for children under 5/6 years old as access is via a vertical staircase. * a changing table and baby cot are available if needed. It is also a place designed for families with children with many games available (board games, stuffed animals, sand games, balls, balance bike, etc...). This property has Wi-Fi. Guest access You will also have access to the 5000 m2 garden around the house. This includes many varied spaces including a space for ball and racket games as well as a wooden cabin for children and a small pond with ducks. There is also a play area for the little ones with a sandbox. Other things to note The house is 15 minutes from Sablé-sur-Sarthe, 45 minutes from La Flèche Zoo, 1 hour from Terra Botanica in Angers and 45 minutes from the Bugatti Circuit (24 Hours of Le Mans). Nearby, there is an equestrian center (horseback riding lessons or pony rides for the little ones). You can also enjoy the many activities offered by the Brulon leisure center: sandy beach in front of a supervised lake, pedal boat, kayak on the river… Upon arrival, you will find a multitude of brochures to introduce you to the region.
