Arrive and smell the gum Be surrounded by a bush setting, full of wild life. The house comprises of 4 beds 2 living, 2 bathrooms, dining room Kitchen. Children must be supervised at all times as the property is not fenced and adjoins to the bush and creek surrounding please note there is no fencing, please be aware of wildlife Please always keep an eye on children at the magnesium salt pool. Please maintain the pool when staying by removing leaves. The house sleeps a maximum of 8 guest only. No extras Families only. This is not a property to have parties loud music. It’s a place of quiet. There is neighbours, and noise travels through the bush. No screaming and yelling. Guest access You will have access to entire home, refreshing magnesium salt water swimming pool. Walk through the bush on a track. Spot a wallabie koala kookaburra Please do not overcrowd the house , it sleeps 8 people only. The septic and water cannot be over loaded with extra guest. 8 people max ideally less people will be more suited Other things to note This property runs on tank water, please be aware of not wasting water Summer there will be minimal water supply . Take washing home. The toilet is a septic system this means nothing other then a small amount of toilet paper to be flushed. Please keep off the water tanks. The pool must be kept clean during your stay by removing leaves and please inform me of any issues with the pool. The pool is a refreshing magnesium salt pool. Wifi runs off satellite so it can at times slow down due to tree coverage. Please try to minimise the amount of data used to help with phone coverage as calls will only be received by wifi calling.
