About 6 minutes on foot from the nearest station, Osaki Hirokoji Station, and about 8 minutes on foot from Exit A2 of Gotanda Station. It is 5 minutes by train from Gotanda Station to Shinagawa Station, 7 minutes to Shibuya Station, 14 minutes to Shinjuku Station, and 20 minutes to Big Sight International Exhibition Center. 　 Within walking distance are two of the best natural hot springs in Tokyo, Musashi Koyama Shopping Street, the largest shopping street in the Kanto area, and Togoshi Ginza Shopping Street, the longest shopping street in Japan. The Gotanda TOC Building (Tokyo Wholesale Center) is right next to the condominium, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. A free shuttle bus (TOC EXPRESS) runs between the west exit of Gotanda Station and the TOC Building. 　 　Popular tourist spots such as Tokyo, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Akihabara, Ginza, Asakusa, and Skytree can be reached by train. 　There are beautiful linens, towels, etc., and everything is new and clean. I guarantee a great relaxing stay. This is a full-house rental. Rest assured you will not have to share it with other people during your stay. There is a washing machine in the apartment, but as a rule, bedding such as towels and bath towels are provided as one set per guest. If you would like to add more towels, bedding, etc., you can rent them for a fee if you contact us in advance. Guest access * Please feel free to use the equipment in the house. * You can come and go freely 24 hours a day. Other things to note 1. Please take off your shoes inside the house. 2. The inside of the building, the corridor, and the room are completely non-smoking. 3. Please don't hang around in front of the building or throw away your cigarette butts when you smoke outside the building, or do anything else that may cause problems for the neighbors. 4. Before and after check-out, please do not disturb the neighbors with loud conversations, smoking, or crowds. 5. Please do not bring anyone other than guests into the room without permission. 7. Please be sure to turn off the air conditioner, television, lights, etc. before going out. 8. No pets allowed. 9. Be sure to separate the garbage. 10. Please use one towel and one set of linens per person. If it gets dirty, please wash it yourself. 11. We do not clean during your stay. Please clean the space if it becomes dirty. 12. If the facilities, equipment, etc. are damaged, contaminated, or lost, you will be asked to pay the actual cost. 13. In an emergency situation, please contact us immediately by phone or SMS. 14. Please keep the room clean. Please return the room to its original condition, including the position of chairs, tables, and equipment, at check-out. If it is very dirty after use, we may charge a separate cleaning fee. 15. If we or a third party suffers damages due to a violation of public order (noise, road occupation, garbage dumping, mischief, etc.), you may be required to pay compensation. 16. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact us at least one day in advance. If you request an extension on the same day, you will be charged a one-time cleaning fee as a cleaning cancellation fee. 17. Late check-out is not allowed. If you check out late without contacting us, we will charge you a fee. 18. We may ask you to pay extra if your checkout is delayed and the cleaning work is interrupted. Please note that if you leave behind items that cannot be disposed of as regular garbage, such as attache cases, baby strollers, etc., you may be charged for the cost of disposal.
