I am pleased to be hosting on Airbnb as I travel and am out-of-town often. While I do miss home at times, I’ll take pleasure in knowing that others may have the opportunity to stay at my cozy home and enjoy my beautiful city! The space My condo is on the 9th floor of an 11 storey building. The condo is 635 square feet in size. As mentioned it is my residence and I’ll be hosting on Airbnb while I travel and study. I’ve lived here since it was newly built 7 years ago. It's a lovely, very bright corner unit, situated at the sunny South/East corner giving you an expansive view which includes the mountain range and the city. I have seen some of the most beautiful sunrises appearing from behind the mountains...the sunrise photo you see in my listing is from inside my home and is truly what it looks like at times, as I didn’t use photo filters. Simply breathtaking! My home is a comfortable space and has all the essentials. I can accommodate two people total. CENTRALLY LOCATED: From YVR AIRPORT to my place it's 23 min by car, or 39 min by transit (bus, train) From PACIFIC CENTRAL STATION, it's a 3 min cab/Uber ride, or 8 min walk. From the US BORDER at Peace Arch, I am 48 km. 2.5 km from downtown Vancouver 3.8 km from Granville Island (great to walk to along the seawall) 4.1 km to Stanley Park 5 min walk to the seawall Guest access You will have access to my floor, the ground floor, Parking Level 1 (garbage disposal room location) and Parking Level 4 (underground secure parking).
