The Bell Cottage, c. 1849, built at the height of popularity of the famous Fauquier White Sulphur Springs has been restored and preserved with all it's original charm. Enjoy the comforts of a full kitchen, 1 1/2 baths, 2 bedrooms with luxury mattresses and Egyptian cotton linens. With porches all around, sit and relax with your coffee or wine and take in the peaceful surroundings of the Springs. It is the ultimate romantic escape. The space The Bell Cottage is well loved in the Fauquier Springs Community. It's style is the perfect blend of comfy farmhouse and Victorian elegance. Relax with your morning coffee on the rocking chairs of the front porch. Or settle in on the screen porch with a view of Mrs. Bell's side garden. The Living Room features a gas fireplace, sofa bed, and original heart of pine floors, panel doors, and high ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen has new stainless appliances with a double oven and fridge with a water/ice dispenser. The dining area/ soon-to-be office space is entirely windows with an expansive view of the private back yard. A half bath and laundry is adjacent. Upstairs there is a generous-sized main bedroom with a luxury queen mattress and a 2nd cottage-sized bedroom with a vintage double bed. The renovated full bath is accessible to both bedrooms. A propane grill is available for use by the guests of the two cottages and the Carriage House. Guest access Entire cottage is exclusively accessible to the guest.
