Quiet, cosy accommodation, your own flat; entrance, bathroom bedroom, second bedroom/boxroom with sofabed (for bookings of more than 2 guests) Stay in the heart of Billund and close to all the important activities (600 m to Lego House, 1.8 km to Legoland, 500 m to Billund town centre). There are no cooking facilities at this property only a fridge, coffee, plates,bowls,cutlery (there is a gas barbeque but its outside and you get wet if it rains). We live in the main house The space The room has a comfortable double bed which can, on request, be turned into two single beds instead. A second, small bedroom accommodates a double bed, so accommodation for a family of four. The second room is only available for bookings of 3 or more guests. There is a 43 inch qled smart TV connected to Netflix, viaplay and hbo nordic Coffee and tea-making facilities are available in the room. The room has its own private fridge. There are no cooking facilities, just plates and knives to prepare a sandwich/salad (There is a gas BBQ you can use but if it rains, you get wet while cooking) Off-road parking is available on request. Please note that, while there are no stairs in the property, guests will have to take two small steps up to get access to the house. The rented part of the property has been designed and furnished for rental, you should have no concerns about "fragile owners property", we design for children! The property is 500 m from the bus station which is the main transport hub in Billund. It is also only 3 km from the airport. There is a paved walking lane from Billund to the airport. Nearby Billund restaurants include three pizza restaurants, a cafe (bakery), a sushi restaurant and a gastro-pub. There are four supermarkets within 700 m radius, a swimming pool and a good range of shops in the town centre Guest access You will have your own entrance, own bathroom and own section of the house. My husband and I live in the other part of the house, nothing is shared. There is no kitchen in thus unit only a gas BBQ in the garden You have access to the garden and garden furniture on the patio in front of the main entrance. The second bedroom is only available when you book more than 2 guests Other things to note When we are outside of the summer season, it is a good idea to look up the opening days of the attractions you are interested in, before you make the booking. The property has no cooking facilities, it does have plates and cutlery for making a sandwich, salad etc and a gas BBQ in the garden (uncovered, if it's raining you get wet while cooking) The property is not animal friendly (our daughter has allergies), if you attempt to bring an animal on the premises you will have breached and terminated your rental agreement, no refund will be issued. A 2500 kr deep cleaning fee may be charged (We love animals and have other pet friendly accomodation, just ask!)
