The bedroom area features a king-sized oak bed and drawers to keep your stuff stowed. It has air conditioning for heating or cooling. And bedside lamps for reading. A separate shower room adjoins this, featuring a large shower of 10.5KW (a beast), toilet and sink, with storage. All water heating is instant, well within a few seconds anyway. It also has Starlink satellite internet, which is generally really fast. Ideal for watching TV or for personal/business use on a phone or laptop. Now we also have a 25 square metres Dunster House summer House for the AirBnB to enjoy. Making the indoor space a massive 61 squared metres. 20% Discount on week-long stays and 28% on month-long stays . Guest access The property has its own offroad parking space and charge points for electric cars. Guests will have exclusive access to a 36 square metre bungalow, 25 square metres Dunster House summer House for the AirBnB to enjoy., allocated car parking space and Hot tub, as well as the non-exclusive use of the orchard/forest garden. It also has a nice back garden with patio, fire bit, BBQ and seating area. Other things to note Horse riding along the track and the occasional dog walker walking on the nearby footpath, and occasionally a steam tractor or horse and trap, are the people you are likely to see. The huge Lincolnshire sky lights up in many colours, Beautiful sunny Blue, Perfect reds in the Evening, and double rainbows at times, not to mention seeing the stars with minimal light pollution. There are amenities within walking or short driving, including a Co-op open till late, Pubs and takes-aways, hairdressers and an Award-winning Lincolnshire village butcher. Beautiful gardens and orchard/forest garden on-site, including many different species of fruit trees as well as nut trees, and a vast selection of perennials along a long border that is quite delightful. Local attractions include trips out to The Wash to see Seals and other marine life at two Coastal locations, Skegness and Hunstanton.
