Stay in our newly refurbished home at the Hampton end of Herne Bay, offering a cosy, spacious retreat with a private garden - perfect for summer dining and relaxation. Just a 5-minute walk to the local beach and with easy access to Herne Bay Pier, Tankerton and Whitstable beaches. Ideal for walkers, swimmers and cyclists. With a short drive visit the historic city of Canterbury, the seaside towns of Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Joss Bay with its beautiful sandy beaches and high cliffs. The space Modern, clean and spacious property with all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen and Wi-Fi throughout the house. The house is situated in a very peaceful location with a secluded garden with hammock, table & chairs, sunbeds and comfortable seating to relax and unwind - ideal for outdoor summer dining! On sunny days the garden benefits from all day sunshine as well as shade provided by the palm trees. The house sleeps 6 with three bedrooms, ideally suited to 4 adults and 2 children with off street parking for 3 cars. The master bedroom comprises of 1 x king size bed with deluxe Simba mattress and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom comprises of 1 x double bed with deluxe Simba mattress and ensuite toilet. The third bedroom comprises of 1 x bunk bed (with two full size single beds). The ground floor features a large open plan lounge with 50" TV with plenty of channels (Netflix Included), two & three seater sofa's and a large dining table with seating for 7 people. Leading on from the lounge resides a conservatory with views of the garden, it’s an ideal space for reading and playing games! Other rooms comprise of a spacious well equipped open plan kitchen with breakfast bar & table. A large downstairs shower room and toilet. Across the road is a local community pub which is very quiet & very welcoming which is open Fri, Sat & Sun. Other things to note The property does not have any stairgates, highchairs or travel cot. For the safety and security of the building there is camera overlooking the driveway.
