Aliona - Peaceful cottage in Scottish Borders

Relax in Aliona, our spacious cottage in a peaceful little village just 2 miles from the market town, Kelso. Great base to explore Northumberland coast & the Borders. Aliona is more than pet friendly! 🐾🐾 The cottage is one level with 2 bedrooms , a kingsize with ensuite shower room, a twin room & a family bathroom. The conservatory looks onto the south facing patio & enclosed private garden. Enjoy indoor & alfresco eating areas. Ample parking. * ALL AIRBNB SERVICE FEES ARE PAID BY FIONA The space Our cottage is spacious & relaxing. There are two living areas to relax in whilst inside & the south facing patio & garden area are lovely for alfresco dining. Bedrooms are fresh & roomy , one with ensuite walk in shower. Secure bike storage available 🚴‍♀️ Guest access Whole cottage, private garden & easy parking, plenty for two cars in the private drive. Other things to note Small children need to be supervised at all times in the garden. The garden runs down hill onto a retaining wall for the patio area. The back garden is fully enclosed for pets to enjoy. We welcome 2 well behaved dogs, more possible by arrangement, they can be in all areas of the cottage, throws & dog towels are provided. Please keep side gate closed to avoid escapees 🤪 Dog poo must be lifted in the garden & around the village. 🐾 Please be aware - The cottage has an OIL central heating system. Very rarely during especially stormy conditions there may be a faint oil smell wholly dependent on the wind direction.
