This all season home is perfect for a family vacation, couples trip, golf or fishing adventure! Less than 10 minutes to Netley Golf Course. Launch your boat 2 minutes down the road and dock it at the private dock on the property. 7 day rental req during summer of 2026, Check in Sun 4pm check out Sun 10am. Msg us with different requirements. *Parties are not permitted* The space Property is located on just under an acre of land. House is over 1600sf with 3 bedrooms and each have a queen bed. 2 full size living rooms with 2 sets of furniture. 1.5 bathrooms, one with a deep soaker tub. Large dining room table. Fully stocked kitchen with all the cooking pots, pans, slow cooker, kettle, coffee maker. Front yard overlooking Netley Creek with a private dock for your boat or kayaks. Peddle boat is attached to the dock for your personal use. Life jackets are in the screen room or bring your own. Guest access Full access to the property except the garage which is locked. Access for vehicle storage can be discussed for long term rentals. Other things to note There is a private association boat launch, beach and play area just down the road on Grand Circle that we pay to have use of for our guests.
