One Story House-Central Location-Sleeps Five

● In the center of all that Garland has to offer. ● 1 king bed, 1 queen and 1 twin ● 1 full bath, 1 half bath in the main bedroom ● Room darkening curtains in king and queen rooms ● We are chemical free as much as possible, no air fresheners and no toxic cleaners ● Kitchen with electric range, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of cookware and dishes This is not a party house. We don’t permit any unregistered guests. If you’re planning a gathering this is not the place for you. The space With three bedrooms this space is ideal for a couple or small group to relax in the heart of North Texas. Two of the bedrooms have a TV and new, memory foam mattresses. The third bedroom has a twin sized daybed and a desk that also serves as an office. Also the third bedroom does not have a closet for guest use, but we have installed wall hooks for you to hang your clothes. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for simple cooking. The living and dining area comfortably accommodate four to six people. The spacious backyard is a lovely spot to unwind. We love hosting families, but the space is not designed for young children. We do have a packnplay if our guests need it and a few toys. We appreciate knowing that our guests will watch their little ones and be respectful of our home. We have a private attached living area that we often use for ourselves. It is completely separate from the rental side and guests rarely even realize we are there. We absolutely respect guest privacy. Guest access Guests have the house to themselves. We live part time in an attached apartment that has its own private entry and guests will likely not even see us while they are there. Other things to note There are 2 cameras outside that are on 24/7. One is located on the front of the house and does record all activities. The doorbell camera records video and audio. There are no indoor cameras.
