clean and comfortable room for rent

Newly renovated house in Fort Frances. Room for rent in a quiet neighborhood. No more than 5 - 10 min drive to most places in town. Will be living in the house with other guests and host. There is parking available on the street, shared laundry facilities, common rooms, kitchen and bathrooms. The space No pets due to allergies, no more than 2 guests in the room and house (cannot bring groups of guests to house without permission of the host as host and tenants are staying at the property), no parties. No illegal drugs or weapons. During your stay I am staying at the house most of the time so I'm available. Other things to note There are also other guest tenants staying in the house
