The space A self-contained loft with everything you’ll need for a comfortable extended stay. The full kitchen has basic cookware, pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, etc. LG Stainless Steel appliances include full size double oven, full size fridge with ice maker, and dishwasher. There is a separate pantry, and lower cabinetry space. Strong wi-fi through Xfinity, hooked up to smart home lighting controls and features. Open floorplan gives plenty of space in the living room, dining area, and kitchen, and the bedroom with a king bed has a huge walk-in closet for extra storage and space. The bathroom is fully functional, and the tub/shower is a bit dated looking but great for deep soaking. Small patio in the back is yours as well. Washer and dryer are in the utility room, with detergent provided to start. All sheets, towels, linens, pillows, blankets, etc are plentiful and included. Guest access You have full access to the unit and the back patio. Other things to note Parking is on-street, there are no assigned parking spots, and it is a downtown setting. Parking is typically very available, and as with any city, it is recommended not to leave anything that appears valuable in eyesight. This unit is an absolutely no smoking unit of any kind. Smoking evidence / damage will be charged a $500 fee for the replacement of all items that contain smoke damage. This area is a greatly walkable neighborhood full of historic homes, if you need to go on a walk to smoke.
