Minutes away from all the incredible restaurants in Saugerties, Woodstock and beyond. 30 minutes to Hunter Mountain for skiing or their famous zip lining. 40 minutes to Windham Mountain. Tons of cute shops, farm stands and everything else the Catskills and Hudson Valley has to offer. The house is family friendly. Your place: CHEF’S KITCHEN with stainless steel appliances, split oven, five burner gas range, air fryer, quality cookware and cook’s island.  OPEN LIVING/DINING ROOM with huge windows overlooking the pristine water, room for eight at the antique dining table, large sectional couch, gas burning stove, and 60” flat screen TV.  Barn doors lead to a PRIVATE DEN perfect for getting some work done or playing games while others watch a movie.  BEDROOMS. Primary bedroom features a queen bed and it’s own TV. Guest room also has a queen bed. Kids room has bunk beds and a trundle for up to four, and also has its own TV.  TWO FULL BATHS, one with oversized soaking tub. BASEMENT has ping pong table and seating area  We provide everything you need for a wonderful escape, 100% cotton linens, towels, toiletries, cooking essentials, smart TV’s, games, books and a pack and play for your little one. It is a quiet, residential neighborhood so please be respectful of our very dear neighbors. Other things to note Please enjoy our home! Absolutely No Parties. Our neighbors live close by, please keep quiet hours after 9pm. *Primary renter must be at least 30 years old and be staying at the property. Renting on behalf of others is not permitted. Quiet hours are Sunday-Thursday 9pm. Friday and Saturday 10pm. *Absolutely no smoking, parties or unregistered guest. Only age appropriate guests that are accounted with applicable fees paid are permitted. If there are any parties, smoking or unregistered guests on the property you will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit all payment. *the power does go out from time time to time - usually just for a few hours. *Please do not throw baby wipes, paper towels, sanitary napkins, etc. down the toilet. Only toilet paper in the toilet please. *Our home is surrounded by nature. Nature brings with it many different animals. Please be mindful and secure the lid on the garbage cans outdoors and don’t leave food out overnight. *Cleaning services are provided before your stay and after. Check In and Check Out: Check in time is any time after 3:00 PM. We provide keyless entry. When you check in at the property, you will need to do a thorough walk through of the home. If there are any damages, you must contact us within 24 hours. Check out is by 11:00 AM. Property is non-smoking. An additional fee of $ 400 + taxes will be charged if you or someone from your party smoke in the property. Parties and Events Absolutely no parties and events are permitted. An additional fee of $ 500 + taxes will be charged if you do party or event in the property. Max Occupancy By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children. Client is obligated to give correct information regarding names and amount of people in their party. Age limit Anyone under the age of 21 years old must be accompanied by an adult. The rental charge is limited to allow only the amount of guests that the unit sleeps. Cleaning A thorough cleaning of the property will be carried out before and after occupancy. It is expected that you will leave the property in a reasonably clean and orderly condition. Guests will be charged for any damage, loss or breakage in the homes or on the premises during your stay, including stolen items. If you have not vacated the unit before the cleaning crew arrives, and they are unable to clean the unit, you will be assessed an additional extra night. Property has a Ring device with a cameras on the exterior of home. There are no cameras inside the home.
