Modern 2 bed, 1 bath chalet in Gilford, NH located minutes to Lake Winnipesaukee, Gunstock Mountain Resort and local restaurants. Also nearby are hiking trails in the Belknap Range, Weir's Beach, Alton Bay, Meredith, Wolfeboro and Highland Bike Park. The space Inside the 1st floor of the chalet, you will have use of a fully stocked kitchen that opens up to a sitting area with a gas fireplace, 3/4 bath with shower, two bedrooms with mini-split heating/cooling units and a small washer/dryer room. On the 2nd floor there is a separate living room with TV, skylights, and large sliding glass doors to bring in the natural light. High speed internet is included, along with a smart TV with Roku including all your streaming services (via your own login). Guest access Although the entire chalet is approximately 1,000 square feet, the owners keep the 2nd floor master bedroom suite locked so you will have full access to the remaining 2 bed-1 bath, (approximately 725 square feet). The chalet is best suited for single travelers, couples, small families, or groups of 4 or less. Located in a very private and flat lot within Gunstock Acres, the chalet is surrounded by nature. There is a large deck off the front of the house with a patio table and small gas BBQ grill as well as a smaller deck off the back of the house. Enjoy time outside with the corn hole set, ring toss and fire pit. Although the lot is very private, we do have one neighbor that is close to the chalet, so we cannot accommodate loud groups or parties. Other things to note While guests’ pets are not permitted at the property at this time, the owner’s do bring their dog when visiting. Please consider this if any guests in your party have severe dog allergies. The home has a security camera above the main entrance of the house.
