Also includes a dock, a swim raft, a private beach, a double kayak, a single kayak and a paddle board for your enjoyment. The space The large master bedroom (king bed) and master bathroom are located on the ground floor, with access to an adjoining workspace / tv room and patio doors that open to a small patio space. The other two bedrooms (queen bed and two twin beds) are located on the main floor, along with the kitchen and living area. Guest access The dock is for guest use, but is also shared with another party. The boat and jet ski located on the dock are private and not for guest use. But all other amenities of the property are private and for guest use. Other things to note The finished one-room guest cottage has two twin beds and can be used for either sleeping or storage of belongings while you are at the property. The guest cottage does not have a kitchen, bathroom or running water.
