Villa Solaris in picturesque Arild

Welcome to Villa Solaris! The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; located next to Arilds vineyard and a short walk from the sea. Arild is a beautiful little village on Kullaberg, which offers plenty of attractions and activities nearby. Rusthållaregården hotel with its cozy spa is only 5 blocks from the house. There are 2 playgrounds, a cable car, a petanque court and a boule court) and a soccer field just 50 meters from the house. Rental period: minimum 7 days (high season), other times minimum 1-3 days. The space You will have access to a new and modern house. On the first floor, there is a kitchen, dining room, living room with TV, large bedroom, one bathroom and laundry room with washing machine and dryer. From the dining room you can go out on the balcony where there are tables, chairs, barbecue and parasols and it is in a southwesterly direction which means that there is sun in the afternoon and evening. There is also a lawn and flower beds. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, bathroom and a generous veranda with table and lounge furniture. There's also a hammock, which is in a red bag on the balcony. In the house, there are children's books, games, SUP, bean bag game, ping pong/paddle/tennis racket and boules game. Some points about the accommodation: - The kitchen is fully equipped and there are two bar stools - There are handmade Japanese chef's knives that are not dishwasher safe - Basic food ingredients are available - Paper, dishcloth, dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent are also available - Towels, linens, pillows and duvets are included in the rent - The dining room has a large table with 6-8 seats - There are 12 assiette, deep and dinner plates, 12 cutlery and 24 glasses - There are 8 wine glasses of each variety (sparkling, white and red) - There is a wine cooler, Weber gas grill and Ooni wood stove - There is room to park four cars in the front - There are two SUPs to borrow, as well as other sports equipment. Guest access You have access to the entire place. Some cabinets will be locked. The rental is based on trust and we will leave some private items. There may also be beer and wine lying around and should you have a need to take a bottle, then buy a new one and leave it. Firewood is not included in the accommodation, but something you need to bring Other things to note We've been working on getting the house decorated. The next project is to get the front yard ready. We can help you book a tennis court at Arilds tennis club, let us know well in advance to find a time that works for you (SEK 80 for 60 min). There is a robot lawnmower that starts on certain days (Mon-Wed-Fri) between 8-9 am You are coming to our house and that means we have some of our own food in the fridge/freezer.
